Application Process

Here's a breakdown of the steps involved in securing an internship abroad with Gradventures.

APPLY NOW

This requires you to pay an application fee and submit your application. The fee covers the agency's cost of processing applications and matching you with suitable internships.

Once your application is reviewed and you meet the basic criteria, the agency will connect you with a potential internship sponsor organization abroad. identify a suitable position and successfully complete the interview process, you'll move on to the visa application stage.

The sponsor organization will likely conduct a  video interview to assess your skills, experience, and suitability for the specific internship position.

If the interview is successful, you will then be granted access to the job portal where you can find details about specific internship, including the host company, work schedule, responsibilities, and accommodation options (if offered).

We will  provide guidance and resources to help you prepare for visa interviews and successfully pass your J1 visa interview.

Once your visa is approved, you'll receive official documentation allowing you to enter the host country for the internship duration.

With your visa secured, you can confidently book your plane tickets to travel to your internship destination.

Land in your host country and prepare to embark on your exciting internship journey!

You will be provided with an orientation program to help you settle in, understand the local culture, and get acquainted with your internship duties.

Our sponsor works with your host placement to ensure the training plan is a unique experience and highlights all the skills and methodologies you will learn while on the program.

Emergency Support

You will have 24/7 emergency support from the sponsor’s U.S.-based support teams.

Down Payment to the Job Sponsor

$500

A down payment is required to secure the job placement with the sponsor. This amount goes directly to the sponsor as a commitment fee.

Agency

Payment is made to Gradventures which covers our services, including job placement assistance, orientation, and ongoing support throughout the program duration.

Rest of Payment to Job Sponsor

After the down payment, the remaining balance for the job placement is $2,800, making a total of $3,300 paid to the sponsor for the program.
